Privacy Policy

LangPage (langpage.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and what choices you have.
Information you send us
When you register for a CEFR quiz, download a free worksheet or flashcard set, or request our free book, we ask for your email address and save it together with what you asked for (the quiz level or the resource) and the time. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, so we can reply to you. The class booking and application forms (trial class, private and group classes, and the Arabic Kickstart application) ask for your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, and details about your learning, such as your Arabic level, goals, preferred class type and preferred times (and, on some forms, your age, country and occupation), plus any message you add, so we can offer you a suitable class.
Contact messages, free trial lesson requests and quiz, download and free-book requests are saved in our database (hosted by Supabase), and we receive a notification by email (sent through Brevo). Arabic Kickstart applications are saved in the same database. We use your email address to see which resources are used, to give you access to what you requested, and to reply if you contact us. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you separately agree, and we do not sell your details.
Contact form messages are saved in our database (hosted by Supabase) and sent to us by email (through Brevo). Free trial lesson requests and Private Arabic Classes and Arabic Kickstart applications are saved in the same way, and each new application also reaches us by email. We use your details only to reply to you and to arrange your class. After you submit your email for a quiz, download or free-book request, the site remembers it only for the current browser session (it is cleared when you close the tab), so you are not asked again for every download.
To limit downloads and prevent abuse, when you download a worksheet or flashcard set we keep a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address and of your email address for up to 7 days. We do not store your raw IP address. This data is used only to apply the daily download limit.
